If your order does not specify a shipping rate, please contact us for a quote.

All orders are sent using a network of freight providers including TNT, TOLL, FASTWAY COURIERS & Australia Post. All orders come with a Tracking No. so you can check on the Estimated Time of Arrival for your products.

ALL goods shipped using the Standard Shipping (Flat Rate) Option will be marked AUTHORITY TO LEAVE.

Please ensure you comment under Step 4 of the Ordering Process if this is NOT suitable in your location.

AUSTRALIAN CUSTOMERS

Pick-up from Store - If you are wanting to pick-up your product from our Gold Coast Manufacturing Headquarters located at Unit 11, 23 ACTIVITY CRESCENT MOLENDINAR QLD 4214, just select PICK-UP when you are making your purchase. All pick-ups are by "APPOINTMENT ONLY" so please call ahead before coming down to the factory to collect your order. 

There are two postage options available to Australian Customers :

Standard Post - Postage is charged at a Flat Rate depending on your location.  Orders are sent our network of couriers.  The average time for delivery is between 5 - 7 business days, however it may take longer dependent on where you live in Australia.  Tracking of your order is included. 

* Australia Post - This option is only available to those shipping to a PO Box location. Postage rate is calculated based on the WEIGHT of your order and is more expensive than the Flat Rate option. The average time for delivery is 3 - 5 business days, however it may take longer dependent on where you live in Australia.  Tracking of your order is included.  If a cost is not specified, please contact us for a quote.

Your order will be processed and dispatched within 3-5 business days of payment being received.  All orders are sent from Varsity Lakes on Queensland's Beautiful Gold Coast.

Please allow up to 7 business days to receive your order prior to contacting us regarding an order that have not arrived. All orders are sent using postage that has a tracking number to ensure they can be tracked and delivered safely to you. 

Unfortunately, we are not able to control delivery times and if/when Australia Post our Couriers scans an item.  Please check their website with your tracking number to get an update on the status of your order.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS

Our website is set up to automatically calculate shipping costs to some countries. We understand that due to the weight of our products International Shipping can be expensive, so we are more than happy to discuss reducing or RRP for International Orders to make our products more accessible to International Customers. 

If you encounter an error or cannot access shipping costs, please email through the products you are interested in and we can provide you with a quote on postage. 

Shipping is calculated based on the total weight of your order and includes TRACKING via our Network of Couriers including Australia Post, TOLL & TNT.  As most people would prefer to view the status of their order, the cost of tracking has been included into the shipping rate.

Please note that you are responsible for any import/customs duty or charges that you may incur in your country.
