HOW MANY MINUTES SHOULD I PUT MY HEAT WHEAT IN THE MICROWAVE?

Each of our products are different and each has a different instruction sewn on to the product plus the wattage of microwave recommended for heating. If you have a larger wattage microwave then try putting the product in for 30 seconds less. If you have a lower wattage microwave then try it for 30 seconds longer. If you are still not satisfied with the heat then keep trying it for another 30 seconds each time.

CAN I WASH MY HEAT WHEAT?

No. It is important not to soak the product. If you happen to spill something on the product then please move the wheat away from the area and use a moist towel to scrub the area. All of our products are 100% cotton so the fabric will be able to withstand the treatment easily.

WILL MY HEAT WHEAT EVER STOP WORKING?

No. The ULTRASHEILD process will keep your products useful for many years if you treat them with care. All of our products come with a 2 year Manufacturing Warranty to prove that they are built tough so you can use them over and over…

HOW LONG SHOULD I USE MY HEAT WHEAT FOR?

As long as you like. We have not had any evidence that the product will have a negative effect on your muscles whether you require relief from injury or simply relaxing after a long day at work! It is medically recommended to use cold therapy within the first 24 hours after any injury so please try our products as cold packs as well and use them for the remaining time as heat packs.

HOW DO I COOL MY HEAT WHEAT?

The simplest way is to keep them in the freezer or fridge. For those products that don’t come in our exclusive microwave safe plastic container, simply put your Heat Wheat in a plastic bag before placing in the freezer or fridge. Cooling may take 1 to 6 hours depending on the size of the product
